Emmanuel Merzius is a Realtor with 3 years of experience in buying and selling properties. My Real Estate journey began in 2020 when i realized how fun and enjoyable it was when you can make someone happy. I quickly developed that helping people was my passion. Therefore, i decided to join real estate as career it involved( meeting new people, on going leaning, helping clients, putting a smile on clients faces. I have been in my client's positions before. I have been in a buyer's position when i bought my houses and i have been in a seller's position when i sold my houses which means that i understand all 4 sides of the real estate transaction ( seller and buyer or buyer's agent and seller's agent). Therefore, i have esperience and i enjoy being a realtor. Helping clients find their dream homes or selling their houses for them is always been my passion. I have been in customer service for over 20 years. So, i am well diverse when it comes to serve others. There is no greater feelings than making someone's day.
